6.2. Clay by Khoa will not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage which may be incurred by you, however caused and under any theory of liability. This shall include, but is not limited to, any loss of profit or opportunity (either incurred directly or indirectly), or any damage to goodwill or loss of business reputation arising out of or in connection with these Terms (including as a result of not being able use the Purchase Services, or the late supply of goods by Clay by Khoa).
